Aragon or ANT is a decentralized platform built on the Ethereum network that offers a modularized way to create and manage cryptoprotocols, dApps and decentralized autonomous organizations. The ANT ERC-20 token will enable its holders to govern the Aragon Network. ANT is the token central to the Aragon network. Aragon gives internet communities unprecedented power to organize around shared values and resources. Aragon also offers DAO templates depending on whether the DAO is intended to function like a corporation, charity, etc. Every protocol (not DAOs) within the Aragon network will have its own native token which is bonded to ANT in this manner. Since Aragon’s ANT token is built on the Ethereum network as an ERC-20 token, you will be able to store it just about anywhere that you can throw down your ETH. Essentially, the Aragon Network is an ecosystem where organizations, entrepreneurs, and investors can efficiently and securely transact without risk of technical bugs or malicious parties.
